Full body assessment

£30-50

This is best in person but we can do online as well. 

We will assess (all optional):

- Health metrics (BMI, body fat %, BP, resting HR)

- Strength

- Mobility & Flexibility

- Posture

This will give you the best start in your fitness journey by enabling the plan to target and improve any weaknesses and give you an excellent baseline for us to reassess progress in the future. 

Recommended before any training starts.

Online 1 to 1 and group

£20 or less

Just like in the in person sessions these online sessions are aimed at having no more than 4 participants. The sessions will be on Facetime or Whatsapp. You can take part anywhere you have wifi and feel comfortable to do so.

One Time Purchase plan

£15

These plans are designed to be affordable but still personal. Here we will have a conversation about where you want to be and where you are at currently. These plans can be 4-12 weeks. After 12 weeks we would need another catch up before a new plan can be generated.

Monthly subscription

£45

This is the ultimate package of support. It includes:

- Free consultation over the phone to set goals and discuss whats next

- Weekly check ins

- The option to change the plan at any minute

- Access to Training Peaks an app that allows me to programme your exercises straight to your watch

- Access to Nutrium to allow nutrition planning and organisation to be taken to a new level

- Personalised programmes that can be altered with you as life happens

Face to Face sessions

£35 or less

These sessions are designed to be face to face in your home, a public place or at a hired studio where possible. There can be a maximum of 4 people in these face to face sessions. You do not all have to be working at the same level but working towards a shared goal i.e. cardiovascular improvement or strength or both etc

Block bookings

Book your in person and online sessions in blocks of 4 or 6 to get a discount. 

Block of 4 in person: £125 or less

Block of 6 in person: £180 or less

Block of 4 online: £70 or less

Block of 6 online: £110 or less
